Snails and hermit crabs were alive on arrival but the sea urchin didn't make it. It was in brown water ,plus I think there was a leak in the bag,there was water in the box. :(

I teach a marine biology class in an area that doesn't have marine pet stores so I must order online. The fish arrive promptly and the price is fair. I have, however, received frequent Dead On Arrival animals, and despite sending prompt pictures to the stated address I have yet to receive credit for the DOA. They do not stand behind their guarantee/refund.

This site was Great to deal with from the word Go. I had them hold my order to wait for a break in weather no problem. The ladies in customer service were great and took care of every request. The fish I got were all looking good and just the size that I wanted, I wouldn't think twice about dealing here again or referring my friends to them. Thanks Again especially for putting up with all my calls Ended up loosing 2 fish their bodies were consumed by clean up crew hence could not get pictures of bodies spoke on chat with a Chrissy and she said she couldn't do anything. I shouldn't have bought the hermit crabs from them.... Just want to give customers a follow up on my dealings. I will be trying a new supplier

The fish come alive, but In very little water. SWF is not what it used to be. They are drop shipping from the wholesaler, SDC that my fish store buys from and not quarantining. However, even if my stuff dies I’m not going to make a claim because I don’t want credit And more sick fish. Live aquaria quarantines. I recommend buying from the local fish store or live aquaria.

I will say that the prices are good, when you order enough to get the free shipping and "free" fish. The issue that have is twice I have ordered 160$+ to get the deal and twice the "free" fish have died. They consider that to be a free fish, so no credit. I am sorry but disagree. I would have not spent that amount of money without the offer. I will not be ordering anything else from here. Lots of choices out there.

They have great deals on fish, corals are overpriced compared to the depot sites or 9.99 discount bins. Shipping is good, fish always arrived alive.....They heavy advertise FREE SHIPPING if you purchase $79.00 of live fish, coral, etc, however there is always an additional 9.99 packaging fee AND I am charged 5.99 if I want it shipped to my door. (If I don't pick it up from a FedEx facility. ) This $15 fee ... for shipping should not be legal for any company that advertises FREE SHIPPING!
