Package was more than 24 hours late. I took time off to be available for the package as it had live fish. I lost an extra day of income to be available to acclimate fish. No weekend delivery was available at extra cost. Company was like sorry your package is delayed and it’s out of our control. Well it’s your business partner that you hired to complete my order. I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. I will not order from this company ever again.

To use a credit card to order on your site is near Impossible. Either I had to use PayPal or walk away, and there is nothing wrong with my CCs.

2 fish arrived dead due to lack of water and no heat packs. However I contacted them and they were quick to make it right. 2 stars because the fish wouldn’t have died had they been packed correctly. Excellent customer service though

Just got my fish in today. The water was very cloudy, fish were struggling to breath, was not happy with packaging. My cleaner wrasse died 5 min after putting him in the tank and did a 30 min drip acclimation. I will never order from you guys again!!!

Glitches with checkout coupons,and fish quite expensive,$10 just to pack fish..we will see..

Fish was poorly packaged and as a result in it was dead on arrival. Took pictures immediately and opened a case. I was refunded the price of the fish but not shipping which was actually more than the fish. I would have preferred they sent another. Lost over $40. Will not buy again.

I ordered 3 fish and a pack of snails. The fish came packed in such little amount of water that they were barely covered. After picking up package from FedEx, didn't wait for them to be delivered to the house, and followed the acclimation practice they recommended only one of three survived. The snails came bagged without water and they seemed to be fine.
