Good company but their policy of reimbursment for losses within 14 days isn't the best. If you experience a loss witihn 14 days you get credit, but using this credit is not the easiest and cannot be combined with offers and discounts available.

I ordered an octopus and thought I was getting the one in the picture and it said that it was 3 inches, but it is actually smaller than that, so I hope that it is a Pacific octopus and not a dwarf or pigmy octopus. I have had him a week now and saw him eat a really good sized ghost shrimp, so at least he seems to have acclimated to my tank pretty well.
