After acclimating time, I added the cleaner shrimp to my aquarium. But he has not yet made any movements. I'm really bumbed out. The rest of the fish and snails acclimated fine. I didn't know if he was stunned from shipment or what. When I started the drop acclimating he was on his side, I just thought he was too tired to stand. I don't know. I'm just stumped. He still looks like his eyes are open, but no movement. Other than him being that way, I'm happy with my purchase. Sincerely Dale Sutton Sr. out.

That do a great job on shipping gas and easy. They also do a great job on guarantee requests. Fortunately I've had several fish die within the 15 day but they do a good job on trying to replace or reimburse or do you store credit I do stand behind their guarantee.

The shipment was supposed to be overnight but instead got hung up at an airport and came a day late. Two of the 5 fish were DOA and I requested a refund within the 5 hours time period. I received the refund in my account within 2 hours!!

Ordered supplies and fish food. Was charged for items not shipped and was told that was out of stock even though site said was in stock the 10 min I was placing my order. Never was contacted about not having the item. Contacted them and received refund for items not delivered. So be sure you get what you ordered because u will be charged if u get it or not.
