Very bad experience, was notified at 8pm the night my order was supposed to ship that there was a problem with 2 of the items and what would I like them to ship instead, went to site and pretty much everything was on a waiting list. Did the live chat and was informed it could be a week or two if I wanted to wait. Had to cancel whole order and lost the ability to purchase from somewhere else with the black Friday discounts. I feel that the rest of my order should have been shipped and just refunded the items that were not available. I have ordered from them before but will probably not order here again.

You guys shipped the freaking package on the wrong day after I left specific notes. I have closings today which is why I told you to deliver it Wednesday. This is ridiculous it is always either dead fish showing up upon delivery or something else that always is wrong with the orders.

Items were ordered but not shipped after 3 business days, website states FAST shipping... Chatted with customer service who only after being pressed found out that items were on backorder but was never notified.

It started off great helped in every way to make the order then late the next day time to ship order was put on hold because the fish was bad quality with out a substitute well that much is good but I have limited time to deal with my stock due to work so I canceled my order this is were the problem starts they take the money on the spot then a day later can't fulfill it and it's going to take 3-5 business day to get it back really I guess this is what I get for ordering on line ruined my vacation I will never order from them again if u have time to mess around they maybe great but I don't

Got a call the night prior to my shipment supposedly arriving.A few of my fish that i ordered were either unavailable or failed inspection. This should have been updated on their website so as not to waste my time and could have purchased elsewhere.

Ordered 5 mexican turbo snails 4 of 5 were doa then the 1 live one died they were shipped with no water i never been a fan of that wont bother getting a refund cause i dont want anymore dead snails sent to me

Terrible service and communication. On the day that my items were to ship, roughly at 7pm EST, I got a phone call stating they were unable to fill my 2 anemone orders due to unsatisfactory health of the ones in stock. I guess I can give them a point for honesty. However they had 36 hours from the time order was place to update me soonee, which did not happen. Furthermore I was unable to reach anyone on the phone and was force to bounce back emails trying to find a replacement at the last minute before i lost my shipping window for that day. About an hour later i got email back saying they were all out of bubble anemones. It would of been nice to have that info with the first corresponding email so as to not delay the order anymore. I just decide it was easier to cancel all together. The issues were not keeping there online inventory updated, the last minute update, and very slow response time to figure out a solution. This ship has sail, no more ordering from these guys. I ll stick to the more exotic vendors who don't rely on bulk orders to make money in this business. Yea i pay a little more, but the attention to detail and tlc to each order I now realize it's worth the extra cash.

Poor service on 1st order fish didnt arrive ontime and 2 fish died. They dont allow you to use credit on non live orders or specials. 2nd order cancelled because they called n wanted to deliver order wirhout 2 main fish I wanted
