Still leary of ordering livestock online, and having a hard time getting feedback regarding a promotion that wasn't applied

This is the Second time I’ve ordered fish and when I opened the box all the fish were dead

You need a better website experience. If this was for myself I would of choose another provider but since it was for a gift I had to go with y’all and work through the 15 minutes of trying to pay bc your website needs updated.

I needed to purchase fish. The availability was low and the pricing was higher than usual.

Didnt have all the products available, didnt call me to make me aware after the fact but the sent an email. Still waiting on products. They refunded whatbwasnt available.

haven't received my fish delivery yet, so can't comment on the quality. Selection was the same as everyone who uses that wholesaler. They all use the same stock pictures. Was hoping to save money over LiveAquaria. Ultimately I don't think I really did. They both are now sneaking in an extra 10 bucks for a "boxing fee" in addition to shipping. Also a lot of "out of stock" items. As a new customer they had a chance to wow me, but that didn't happen.

Policy could use tweaking

Web site was not very user friendly,
