Shipping was fast, I’m just very disappointed in the care for my delivery. I ordered a bubble tip anemone and 2 days later I’m happy to open my new arrival for my reef tank only to discover a bag I can hardly look through with a half dead anemone. The anemone looks terrible, I put him in a separate quarantine tank and he seems to be doing a little better but he’s still in pretty poor shape, was super stoked to order from here since my mates said it was a great place for online marine livestock.

My latest experience with Saltwater was a big disappointment. The original shipment arrived two days late and with 56 degree water temperature. After filing a guarantee claim, the items were sr- shipped and arrived on time. The disappointment came from replacing the Umbrella Leather Coral with one that is half the size of the original purchase that I paid $104.00 for. This is quite a let down, I never thought they would pull something like this.

We ordered 10 hermit carbs and when they were delivered, only one was them was still alive.

The shipment went to FedEx on time. However, on several purchases 1/2 the fish didn't survive more than 24 hours despite following the acclimation protocol. This time 1 fish was DOA and a number of the snails and hermit crabs were dead. I'm going to us my local fish store from now on even though the selection isn't as great.

fished died on arrival and food not shipped until 2 weeks later

I'm not blaming them but I had a bad experience I ordered 4 fish 1 shipped dead - they offered a refund than within 24 hrs all my fish died (2nd goby , puffer , tang) 2 were on the side of my fan (goby & puffer) my guess is they were to small to swim away once attached ? Its sad because I just lost everything due to COVID19 I had my tank going for 2+ years I thought I was getting a good deal cause they had a promo if you order $99.00 worth but now I have to do a whole water change due to 3 fish dying in water ........I cant find the tang and its been 4 hrs since I woke up its just very sad and the company wants photos of dead fish to either refund or provide store credit but if I cant find the fish how can I provide a photo ? I moved my rock etc

Second time in a row they send some of the fish in so poor condition(thin) that they can't survive the trip. 2 out of 3 died! The third is in excellent shape! So sad though!

Box came damaged. One item arrived broken. Also missing another item in order, supposedly given credit back, never received. Takes multiple emails to make one statement or hear a decent response. This review is for the not-so-great costumer service. I still enjoy the products, when they arrive in good condition. A very simple, yet painful order has ruined my experience with this company/site. Take some time to actually help out your costumers..
