Good prices. Fast shipping. Easy to use return policy if needed.

Everything was great with ordering and communication. Shipment was on time. Only issue I had was the heat packs were no where near the shipping bags in the carton. The water in the shipping bags was 67 degrees when I emptied the bags to acclimate. Luckily, I did not loose any livestock. I would suggest putting the heat packs in with the shipping bags and not on top of the shipping paper where they do not do very much good. All in all, a good experience. Mike

If only shipping was cheaper

The reason they get a 4 or maybe even a 3 is cause my last ordered included fish DOA and rest died with in a week , the scooter Blenny is doing well , and twinn spot

Good selection and pricing. The only criticism I have is that both fish and corals are always on the small side in the range provided.

Awesome company! I’ve never had a problem and all have arrived alive and well!

I gave 4 stars because of good customer service. I ordered a shipment of fish a couple weeks ago and 3 of the 6 fish did not survive. 1was dead on arrival and the other two died within the next week and a half. I followed proper acclimation, but to no avail. I since ordered a new shipment of 4 more fish, with part of it from the credit they gave me back. So I'm excited to see if these survive! :)

Very good proces thank you
