Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

As always fish arrived healthy and in a timely manner.

Fish arrived in excellent shape and doing great on our tank. This is a second time I purchased rare wrasse through saltwaterfish.com and always happy with my decision!

I had one fatality in the cleaning crew I received. The emerald crab didn't make it past 3 days. I suspect maybe it was due to the hot conditions. I didn't receive my FedEx delivery until around 4:30pm and the package had rode around all day in the hot Florida sun; it was in the mid-90s that day. Unfortunately the ice pack packaged with the livestock was warm itself to the touch when I opened the package. I think this was more of an issue with the shipper conditions, and not saltwater.com. They had no idea how long the package would be subjected to the extreme heat, and if they started with more ice packs the livestock would have been subjected to extreme cold in the beginning. However, saltwater.com quickly credited me back the value of the lost crab as a store credit toward a future order.

Very reputable. Easy to communicate with. Have made several purchases from them. Have resolved any issues to my satisfaction.

Prices are good, email support is quick. Can't beat their refund policy either, which I unfortunately had to use in one of my little guys.

Everything was as expected and came very quickly! Thank you!

Very good experience with this company. All fish came in live fat and healthy. I second myself from buying online but with this excellent experience, I would buy from them again instead of a local pet store. Fish bought: Yellow mimic tang med/large 4.5-6" $136 Small clown tang 2.5-3". $47

Great fish very healthy
