We received our fish and 2 were dead on arrival, the other 3 were not doing well. The water out of the bags was very cold. We acclimated all 5 (per instructions) and put the 3 half dead in the tank and have not seen them for over 24 hours. We submitted the guarantee over 24 hours ago and have not heard back. We tried to call Saltwater Fish 2 times during business hours and no one will answer. We have never had a bad experience before and are very disappointed with this transaction.

Extremely poor service. Long waits for fish, poor quality. Quick to take your money, slow in processing your order, if at all.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with for aquarium fish! Been buying fish online for 10 years and never seen any company neglect to read customer claims before issuing credits. No care for wildlife they send..

On December 26th i purchased $95.96 in marine fish that i received deceased. I called and called but can never get anyone to pick the line. So i decided to put my pictures of the fish on the guarantee request because i couldn't get a hold of anyone to tell them i didn't care to have my money back i just wanted some fish but i couldn't even get anyone to answer my emails but maybe once. so while i couldn't get a hold of anyone i saw that my credit card was reimbursed on January 9th for $52.38. which is $42.58 less than i paid. I ordered fish again today hoping to have a better experience. I would love to let people know to go shop from saltwater.com because you have a great selection and good prices. I know that things happen and fish can die during shipping, but if it happens and know one will answer my phone calls or emails makes me think people are trying to steal my hard earned money. I would love to grow a good business with saltwater.com in the future. but that will depend on how today's order goes. Thank you Chris Garcia

Third and final time I will order from this company just to use up the last of my credits. Placed a order 2 days ago and sent me a email last night saying their package of two fish didn’t pass inspections and there will be a delay and they don’t know how long it will take and they will not do any compensation for their fault in the lack of time that is being wasted. Stay away from them this is the 3rd issue I have had with this company
