I just placed my 2nd order, last one was about A month ago, I got 7 fish and A anemone , I had 1 yellow tail dam. did not look like it was going to make it when it arrived, it was very small and just would not do nothing but lay in the corner 1st in the cooler with the drip going then in my tank, it lasted 2 day's, everyone else looked great and are still doing great, and I LOVE my 2 clowns they are not scared of nothing, I love that the fish I get here VS the pet store do not seem to hide so much or swim away and stay hidden when people walk up to look at them in the tank! I just love this place I look at the online store every free chance I get I will fill up my cart then empty it and start over again and again until I make up my mind and I do not have no one behind me waiting or I am not looking for help to get what I want or what I think I want, this way I take my time and I research everything I put in my cart to compare with what I all ready have in each tank and if it wont work I start over, I can not do that in the pet store., but every time I come back to look I find something new and I know I can not have them all.... any way I love them and the convenience of them so much I bought A new tank today, ( 3rd ) and I am look to get at least A 150 Gallon tank after the holiday's! Can not wait for Tuesday I am so excited to see all my new fish..... GL happy fish lady!

First time I ordered everything arrived when it was supposed to. Had a fish and invert arrive dead. I was refunded under their gurantee and have had no problems with customer service. Great place to get fish and corals.

Great customer service, I placed an order on Friday and check the status the following Monday to find out one of the fish in my order has reduced in price. SWF was more than willing to refund my money but I'm using store credit. So instead they put a snail package together to meet the price difference.
