This was my first time ordering with SaltWaterFish. Things went well. Fairly easy to navigate.

Took longer to get here than I hoped. The fish is alive and beautiful, great addition to the tank.

The site needs a complete update and better pics. But other than that I have no complaints. I've ordered in the past and everything is always great. Including customer service.

It took a bit of a while to get someone on the phone after numerous attempts, but my issue was resolved after I finally talked to somebody. I would say for the most part the experience was a decent one.

Beautiful specimens and great communication. Will definitely continue to use Two reasons for non 5 star review: 1-pay closer attention to where item(s) are being shipped, may need additional heat/cold packs. Temp of water upon arrival was borderline capable of sustaining marine life-luckily it pulled threw (even with additional FedEx charge for early a.m.). 2-Live Guarantee. While sounds good the "credit" cannot be combined with other offers. While it is noted in the "fine print" this makes additional purchases more costly as you have to buy additional items or pay the shipping/box fee which will put their lower prices above the competition (no price match on livestock). A nice option would be refund of just the item or store credit that CAN use other offers.

I was disappointed when I received a smaller hippo tang than expected. It happened also with my purple tang last year. Generally, I’m very satisfied esp.when I had a billing issue which was resolved in my favor just recently.

I received my shipment in a timely manner, most things were alive, just a few snails had perished. The tang I ordered does not resemble the photo on the website at all. I know its not WYSIWYG but I thought it would be closer. All in all, I am satisfied, the fish is healthy and doing well, if not exactly the same as I'd hoped.

Everything made it alive, but they wee definitely in distress by the time they arrived. 5 of the bags were poorly sealed and water levels were extremely low, heat packs were cold as well. I was able to revive all the fish after getting them into the quarantine tank the large Fire Angle floated on its side for about 5 minutes then finally started swimming and righted its self. All in all I'm glade I was home and ready to receive the fish or some of them wouldn't have made it. If not for the bad sealing of the plastic bags I would have given them 5 stars.
