Good service packing good

When I lost some fish due to poor shipping on the part of Fedex, they were quickly replaced. Great quality on all fish I have purchased thus far.

Great Experience!!!!

Very good and trusted place to do business with

FedEx accidentally gave my package to another person. Saltwaterfish.com is sending me replacement fish for free. At this point it’s hard to think of getting my fish and corals from anywhere else.

Always a great experience with this company, and don’t forget to use the “Chat” feature with any questions. Extremely knowledgeable staff on hand, Monday thru Sunday... Ron

Great customer support

This place is a great place to shop from. Once you receive your first order, you can tell they put alot of care into the shipping process. I did have one problem when I order some anenomes. They had a torn foot and ultimately died. But they have a great return policy and credit your return funds to your saltwaterfish.com account which can be used towards your next purchase. I've made several orders and only had that one problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this site to everyone.
