Very honest in their dealings.

Good quality (much better than the other places that drop shop from importers. I suspect those other guys put dead fish in the bag to make the order. You can tell by the smell). Only reason I don’t give them a 5 is the doa policy is a little short especially with free items. It would be better if they had the option of replacing the doa in the next order or refund.

I have ordered all my fish from saltwater fish com for my newest aquarium, mostly tangs and corals. I am very satisfied with the quality of the fish, I have only lost a couple and with the guarantee they have I got those replaced. I owned a retail fish store for years so I am experienced in looking for quality fish and they have very high quality fish.

The site is very informative about there products, some policies regarding refunds and store credit can be an inconvenience. However, I have found that compared to Salt Lake, Reno, and Twin Falls pet shops, the live fish and corals are considerably more vibrant and healthy; in some cases even cheaper with refunds options. I will continue to use this site for my live aquarium animals.

Usually receive quite a few items but we've never had an issue with not getting credit for it. Don't bother adding lots of stuff to get something free because the free thing is always dead and you of course don't get credit for that. We've had fish and coral shipped without water. They really need some help with quality control.

Great selection and easy to use website. I received store credit from a recent purchase - a great policy - my problem is the way it is applied to the next order.

Recently had three fish delivered one being a large black trigger he arrived floating sideways on top of the water after getting in touch with staff I slowly drip acclimating him I was amazed how he came around once placed in tank after twenty years keeping saltwater. Fish that was the best turn around I ever seen! Thanks
