I Own fish for over 20 years this place should be shut down and these people should be in prison worse experinece in my life there fish come in bags full of poop colors of the water the fish come in is blue and green some of the bags are almost empty of water i have order hear 3 times this month and each time the shipments came like that and what do you no a fish arrived dead well lets see there gurantee yeah thats a joke they want all this proof yeah i took a picture right when fed ex gave it to me they want more proof stay far far away from this place they will be out of business soon

The corals I received look nothing like the pictures I ordered. They are also extremely small pieces and difficult to handle for placement in my aquarium due to the pieces were not attached to a small rock or frag mount. The products I received are over priced. This is a rip off. The products are deceiving because the picture I ordered from are not what I received. Over priced and deceptive!! Will not order again! Buyers beware!!

Bought five fish from this place. Four died within the first week, only one fish is still alive. Update: I contacted the customer service deptment of this business. I was first told to fill out a form to receive credit for loss of fish even though it was 2 days past their deadline. I was assured help. Later that evening from a different agent I received an email stating basically that after 15 days of delivery I would get no credit or refund. Even though it was only on day 17 when I made contact and was not aware of a dead fish credit. The next day I received an email from another customer service rep offering me a 50 dollar store credit since they didn’t want my first experience to be a bad one, since I had no pictures of dead fish. I was livid and insulted. I kindly explained in a return email that my tank is 7 foot long and has over 200lbs of live rock . The fish were dead and I was not gonna tear my tank apart to prove I was being truthful. I never recieved an email back. None of their fish lived past two weeks. I have owned saltwater tanks for over 20 years and currently have a 120 gallon and 210 gallon set up and running. The fish in my tank prior to adding the ones purchased from this business are still alive and thriving ...... I wasn’t originally looking for money back or store credit until their customer service told that I could. To lose $180 in fish then to get the run around was a bit too much......

I’m not sure what happened to saltwaterfish.com. Previously, I received very healthy fish that are still with me nearly a year later. Just ordered 2 very expensive wrasse’s that both died within one day. Store credit given on the first loss....second loss you are SOL. I’m going to be sticking with liveaquaria from now on.

I placed an order with Saltwaterfish.com and 2 of they items I ordered did not pass inspection so they didn't ship the order. I had no problem with the order not being shipped but there was no communication, never contacted me just didn't ship. I called them too find out what was going they explained the items didn't pass inspection so they shipped a couple of days later but the 2 fish that didn't pass from the first time showed up at my door dead. (same 2 that didn't pass 1st time). Had too take pictures and fill out the forms to get them replaced. I was then assured that they would contact me by phone to let me know when the replacement fish would be shipped because of the hurricane coming through. Guess what they shipped with out letting me know the box then sat in the sun for half the day because I had no idea they were showing up. They were both alive but not in great shape the Gobi made it and is still there but the nudibranch must have died because I cant find him in the tank and of course no body no replacement. So I placed another order for 2 nudibranches about 2 weeks later. Once again the snails I ordered didn't pass inspection so they didn't ship I sat here half the day waiting but they never shipped or let me know they weren't shipping. I tried calling for 2 hours and it would just keep going back to the operator no one ever picked up. I finally got someone on the chat thing and they told me they called and sent text messages. Straight up lied worst customer service ever!!!!

Don't Buy from this Company - the Fish are Contaminated - Within a Week the i All my Fish Were Dead - The Fish that were in my Tank When I Added the Contaminated Fish were Fine and I've Had them for Some Time - They Say they Have a 15 Day Guarantee?!?!?! - I Have Emailed them 4 Times with Pictures (which they Require) - The Only Response I Have Received is an Email Says they Have Not Received Any Emails from me?!?!?!? - This Doesn't Make Any Sense - How & Why Would They Say an Email Says they Didn't Receive Any Emails - Right Now I'm Still Within the 15 Day Guarantee Time?!?!?!

This people are a ripoff they rob me

I think there promos are very misleading and only used them the last time because I had a credit. But so not worth the money. Not at all a happy customer. Will order from Lifeaquarium from now on. Saltwater has done zero to help me out. Glad I'm done with them.
