I have waited for the Naso Tang I wanted to come available. I jumped at the chance of it becoming so with free shipping at $99. It saved me a trip to doing a 1.5-hour trip to Portland to buy. You can't get fish where I live, so this is a great option. Hopefully, the Naso I ordered is more like 4 inches verses 3 inches. I guess I will find out on Friday. I do like how Saltwater Fish sent me two fish last time I ordered, and they are both doing well now after quarantine in my display tank.

Recieved excellent customer service from Tristan, Mary and Chrissy! I was having a problem placing an order on lone while I was on vacation out of the country. Most likely it was my credit card company because of suspected fraud since but the customer service team took care of everything and helped me place the order quickly!

Live customer service-an indispensable part of the customer service experience

All the staff is knowledgeable about the fishes. They give great customer service and help you when ever you need them. They guarantee their fishes with their 15 day guarantee. I’ve been shopping with them for over 3 years all my fishes are healthy and growing. I only shop with saltwater fish for my family (fishes) : ). I love the staff there

Easy online ordering and a great selection of products, only thing is sometimes waiting list but I totally understand fast selling and good pricing.

Always great packaging and great updates haven’t been dissatisfied with them yet!

wonderful help with my questions about big Angels. And what they need in tank size, and diet.

Was flexible with overnight shipping, all fish came alive. Very good experience.
