Two damsel were dead on delivery. The rest are doing great. So far haven't been able to find info on what action I can take to redeem this problem

Items purchased arrived in good condition and alive..would use this company again.

good selection of fish but prices are on the high side

Pros- Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A lot of sales. Pretty good selection. 15 Day Guarantee Cons-While they offer a 15 day guarantee on live stock it's essentially one and done. For example you could have a fish die and get credit for it and then 6 months later get a totally different fish and if you use that store credit there's effectively no guarantee on that fish because if it were to die they won't replace it or give you credit for it since you used store credit.

Excellent selection, fast shipping and they stand behind their sales.

I'm giving 4 stars because of shipping issues. I would like to be able to pick my delivery date. There is a drop down menu, but there's only ever 1 date available. I would also like it if FedEx was not the courier of choice as they're never on time, and the packages always show up with some sort of damage.

I love the convenience of ordering all that I need in one place. Their prices are very reasonable. I just wish they had more in stock.

Any issued credit has many stipulations and more than other vendors, but the service provided is excellent. Chrissy is often available via chat and is able to help on the spot. Overall, I do recommend purchasing live stock from here. I gave 4 stars but service is really a 5. 4 stars is due to the credit limitations.
