Will never use again EVER. Ordered 3 times. 1st time not a problem fish very small but the did say they were babies ok. 2nd time fish came in frozen put in tank some did come back but lasted a day. Called they gave me credit. Ok went to use credit 54.00 ordered choc mimic tang for credit. Purchased other fish total 36.oo which I paid they sent the other fish but not my tang said the 54.00 was for the other fish and the other was for shipping which should have been free. Was around 96.00 any thing over 79.00 free shipping . Be careful dealing with these people . I has to call several times before I could talk with anyone just to get ripped off NEVER AGAIN!

Sent a standard dog face puffer was supposed to be a gold dog face 2 other items a twin spot goby and a bubble tip anemone were dead in the bag water temp was at 68 degrees Fahrenheit they put 2 freezer packs in the box and sent photos as they require for a refund never got a refund or a call back not a email nothing except wasting my money live aquaria is by far a better company to deal with

Do not use this company. I was told that my order couldn't ship due to weather issues. They then rescheduled me for the following day. When it never arrived, I called again and they told me it had been cancelled again. I took 2 days off work to wait for the order that would never come. What a terrible company to do business with and offered no apologies. I will be using reef cleaners exclusively from now on.

This was my first time buy anything from saltwaterfish.com and their shipping seriously bad and it is the way they packed their fish and half the fish don't evening make it during shipping arrived to your home.. please do not order anything from saltwaterfish.com and this company are bunch of rip-off and they are ripping of your money. Customers service are really bad and they only issue store credit and want you to pay 79.99 or more to use your credit online. saltwaterfish.com was not be in business was not for use supporting their need and they treat us like crap.. a lawsuit to be file with everyone that had bad experience with their company.. they expect you not to complaint or do anything because they feel that they protected by their policy is crap.. if you fine good attorney help us with this because they are refusing give my money back to my credit card. so I can get another fish with no charge no fee. people step up because they need us to be business.
