Shopping on the website is easy. Easy to check out with multiple payment options. Did have to use the "Chat" person to be able to edit my shipping address as the system wouldn't allow me to do it. My chat person found my acct quickly and the problem was fixed in less than 3 min. Good shopping experience. Now to just wait on my coral and hope it's as nice as the pictures (WYSIWYG) and that it arrives in good shape. The free shipping was an added bonus,

Order a blue tang and it got held up in shipping no flat to seller but they keep me in the loop so I wouldn't be wondering where my fish was. Fish had a hard time with long shipment and ended up not making it after that submitted my guarantee request and the next day they gave me a credit for the total of the fish. Great customer service.
