I ordered 3 XL reef chromis (3.5-4.5 in). I received 3 reef chromis approximately 2 in max which were not compatible in my large reef. Initially I received a refund for the difference in sizes which was not acceptable since I could not introduce those into my reef. I voiced my compliant and this morning I received notice of a full refund of the fish from Mary. I was able to donate the three small fish. This is excellent customer service and I will try this company again. The other livestock I received was doing well. The shipment was well packed. I anticipate that my next order should result in an excellent rating.

Great place to consider spending your money. I spend a wise amount and got almost everything in solid condition. Sadly I did get a scallop that came in with a hole in its shell in one side. It did end up dead after 3 days in the tank. BUT overall great product. And I live in Alaska

Excellent customer service and good selections of fish.

great deal just got

They have always been there for me ii am out in the country so our delivery services are not the best ,but when there was a doa they after reciving pics and info were right on top of a refund i would tecmond them !✌🏼😎

Good seller! Don’t like that my box arrived a day late but not there fault.

Everything arrived alive despite a 2 day delay due to FedEx issue. Zoanthid colony was larger than expected.

The price of fishes is too expensive and shipping fee too. What if the price goes down and free shipping for all order above $30. This will help company to sell more fishes and make more profit even though the profit is not much but company makes on quantity.
