Placed an order for blue hippo tang while on sale for $29, got email and phone call saying the hippo tang that I ordered didn’t pass the inspection. They can send me next size up for $55 more. 2”-2.5”. I paid the extra and when I got my shipment I was conned, got tiny tang for $80 1”. Contacted customer service, some how they asked me to take pic of the fish next to tap measure some how while the fish is hiding. Customer service is bad, 2nd time I got hosed by this company.

I placed my order and received the fish I bought.. I got the "free" fish and it came sick with ick I got in touch with the support service and they just close my case because we can't make a claim on a free item which is really bad....now probably my tank is infected. I will never buy from this place again....really disappointed

They have a non genuine guarantee

One fish died at Fed X the other was half dead at FedX got home started drip DEAD. You give my money on the first how about the second one. And at least repay me for transportation costs on first fish cause he was dead on arrival. Second fish took 3 and a half days to arrive could be why he died

We were pretty avid shoppers of Saltwater fish until they sent us a dead fish. Guess it died in route. Reached out and didn't hear till the next day. Well what do you do with a dead fish? We flushed it down the toilet, after confirming it was actually dead. Reached out to them, and will not be getting another fish or a refund, because we didn't take a picture of the dead fish on a white background. I mean if this is how you treat loyal customers, this is how you lose loyal customers. Will be taking the 100% business we gave your company elsewhere.

I was a bit skeptical about placing an online order for invertebrates but after reading some of the reviews I decided to go ahead and place my order. After placing my order I received an email stating that some of the items could not be shipped because they failed inspection. I asked what that meant and they had no answer for me. So I chose a few of the replacements. I did receive the items quickly but half of them died the next day due to the fact that the packing was so poor everything was frozen inside the box . I contacted customer support finally through a text and they gave me the runaround on refunds and the dead invertebrates. They still have not contacted me back I will never shop with these people again it seems like a one person show. If you try to contact them by phone their voicemail says they are Helping all the other customers but it’s a lie because even when you leave a message they never call you back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere this company is not reparable. One other thing you never know what size of the items you will get. I have been in this hobby for over 40 years and I know what a medium star fish looks like a best I receive a small starfish and that’s the case for most of the other pieces I have received. Half of my order is dead and I can’t even get a response.

Fish were dead and dying on arrival. 1out of 5 survived. Got credit for the dead. They won’t allow you to use it for other than more fish, which I really don’t want after a bad experience. The system is rigged.
