This was my first time ordering from saltwaterfish.com, I had ordered a new CUC along with a few fish. My package got delayed by Fedex, so obviously i was a bit upset, and worried for the health of my fish. However, Later that night on the original delivery day, Someone showed up and Hand delivered my Fish to me, it was not Fedex, So saltwaterfish.com had someone pick my delayed package up, And drive it to my house. I've never had any company do this before. All the fish and Clean up crew were alive and well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for Fish at a good price.

The truth is if your looking for the cheapest fish around, this wont be your go to, however, if you only want the healthiest, best chance to thrive kind of marine life, then this will be your top choice. I just received my second order of fish today . So far I'm very pleased with saltwaterfish . Both of my shipment where package very well and delivered on time. The first order where just fish and they where very healthy . The second order where fish and a clean up crew and they all seem healthy also . Saltwaterfish comes through!! I ordered a red mandarin that arrived dead. I refused the delivery( my mistake) and did not have a picture of the fish. FedEx had the poor fish on a truck for 9 hours to deliver it 5 miles. After SWF understood the circumstances they sent another mandarin free of charge! This time I picked the package up as soon as FedEx opened. She is happily swimming in my tank. Thank you SWF and especially the customer service
