Company is great. Had some fish D.O.A. due to FedEx but they replaced immediately. Unfortunately D.O.A. again same issue. Will have to take day off and pick up from facility Update: just got latest shipment. All I can say is wow. Fish and corals/anemones look great and are super healthy. All d.o.a. items where taken care of with ease.

Excellent quality fish! Arrived with no issues. They ship out Via FedEx Overnight, and you can pick them up from a fedex shipping center, or pay a small fee and have them delivered to you! The fish came in a medium size box, inside the box was a styrofoam cooler that contained individual bags (fish inside), as well as a heating packet to keep the water warm during shipment. Can’t wait to order more fish! :)
