I got two different fish and both died within 24 hours of getting them. I attempted to get a refund as I planned to not bother trying anymore and they only give store credit. From now on I will definitely go to live aquaria knowing they will at least refund me if something dies rather then forcing me to get something else from their site. So disappointed in this site.

Everything we ordered died in the first 24 hrs. They did give us a credit but you are limited as to what you can use the credit on. I will not buy from them again.

This place sucks. I will never buy fish from them again. I bought a springer damsel and a green dragonet. When the fish arrived both was dead as soon as I opened the box. So I called and the said they would send me 2 more fish of the same to replace them. I received the 2nd box opened it up and what do u know both of the fish was dead. I'm mad and will never spend my money with them again.

Just be aware that if you end up getting a store credit you won't be able to take advantage of any other promotion they offer like (Free Shipping). Apparently my store credit is treated different than other payment options (i.e. Credit, Debit, PayPal). I guess store credit is a second rate payment option. Shady!

Half of the fish arrived DOA, and a couple of inverts died few days later. Everything else in my reef tank is fine. I think the stress of shipping must be an issue, or the quality of the product before shipping is suspect. It is not worth the 15 day guarantee because of the shipping cost to get a replacement.

I have spent $250 in 2 orders from this site and only have 1 pajama cardinal to show for it. Even accounting for the replacement fish they sent for the DOA fish. When I voiced my displeasure, they simply stated that I have to many fish and I should be quarantining. Well, #1 I do not have too many fish. I have a 220 gallon aquarium that is very lightly stocked for its size, and #2, that doesn’t even matter because ALL of the fish I bought from this site did die in my quarantine tank. And I used the drip acclimation they suggested. But they closed out my request before I could explain to them how their assumptions were incorrect. I will never spend another $1 on this company, and I would highly suggest to anyone interested to avoid it as well. It’s obvious they have issues with their livestock, but as if that wasn’t bad enough, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Avoid this company at all costs!

All fish and crabs dead on arrival. I submitted a gaurantee request with pictures but it disappeared from there site and the pics weren't saved in my phone. They refuse to help me. This is the second bad transaction. On the first order. Missing crabs and snails and only wanted to issue a store credit. I wish they would refund my 80 dollars I spent on the fish. I have a 300 g acrylic tank, planned on spending alot more with them!
