Items arrive well packed and exactly as described. Selection is usually quite good. Size of some specimens is a little small so be sure to carefully read the descriptions.

I only buy from here when I think it's a good price compared to other online fish stores. Sometimes I think their prices are too high but I guess that's why they throw in the freebie. But never had any problems with their quality.

Buying from here is hit or miss. I’ve been extremely happy, but times like my last order the fish came in and are so skinny that I doubt if they can come back, but I hope they do. Of the 3 fish 2 had clear water while one was in yellow. Was he in a medical tank, don’t know but colored water makes me nervous. Sizing is a guessing game they almost always are a size smaller than you expect. My satisfaction rating would be 75%. I do have to say some orders were awesome.

HAve a great selection of fish and well package when ship.

Positives: Very healthy fish. Reliable sizing. Very fair guarantee( reflected in cost of the fish) Easy to reach minimum for free shipping(reflected in cost of the fish) Accurate inventory at time of order. Negatives: I find website difficult to navigate. Straight out ordering is ok, but to add on freebies and shipping, then input codes for each gets brain twisting. You may qualify for it but wont get it unless you enter the code. All in all tho, a reliable internet source for healthy marine fish. Thanks!

Good experience Specials are definitely worth considering. Everything I have ever ordered has was delivered correctly. Sometimes live stock has died in transient but company was very good to refund the amount paid.

I wish you had more things in stock, You could do a little bit better on phone service, Over all good company.

Good site nice prices affordable prices pleasurable online shopping experience
