I was going to rate this a 4 but that would be some what biased because of the size of crabs and snails I recieved in my Clean Up Crew order. I placed an order on 5/21/2019 and it was ready to be picked up 5/23/2019. I requested to pick it up from my local FedEx because I didn't want them being tossed around in delivery. When I opened the box I was a bit disappointed just due to how tiny everything was. Needless to say as soon as I finished acclimating them and inserting them inside my tank they went to work with in a few minutes. This little clean up crew must have been starving lol.

My first order I got 5 frags 4 of wich are more beautiful than I expected.

I've been shopping with them for many many years. I've never had any issues they have even personally called me about an item that didn't pass the inspection. So they took the time to call me and see if i wanted to change my order or wait on the item to be ready. Highly recommend buying from here thats why I've stayed with them over the years.
