Great service, great product, consistently fair ...what more would you or could you ask for.

I have brought from this company 1 time so far waitting on my 2nd order to come . I feel the fish were packed safe and sucure , i dis have a crab dead on arrival, im thinking its because it was in a tight spot and the fedex driver was ruff with my box, He sais no idea it was live fish.... soje appolized.. getting my money vack was fast n simple just read the return pklicy guarantee, Over all i was very happy ..i did ask for a live animal sticker on my box

My first time ordering and was having difficulty using two gift certificates through web ordering. I had a live chat with Shiela and she got me straightened out. Very friendly a personable. I am really happy with the customer service I received. If as much care goes into my fish order as was put into the live chat, I knowIll be satisfied.
