Very pleased wit the ordering process and delivery of my new fish. All were great additions to my tank.

The only problem I had was the time of length for a return phone call. When the call was returned the sales person gave me great direction and information. I appreciated the time and patience that she spent on me.

The only reason i give a 4, is there product is always very little, like new born, makes it hard for the other fish to not look at it as food. I lost one to my clown fish because he caught it and feed it to my anemone.

This is my first time ordering fish online. It was very easy to use the website. It answered all my questions and did not have to guess what kind of fish I was buying. It had a great selection and look forward to receiving my fish.

Could be made easier to update your credit card information.

The personnel were helpful and courteous. one problem occurred-they did not have a record of a fish that I returned. The did however give me a credit which I used for another purchase

They have quality products including livestock but most sale stuff is small when it comes to fish and inverts other then they are great always a pleasure

it's a good place
