Was shorted on 2 different items. Second bad experience with these guys, I will not be back.

My last 2 orders have arrived late with the majority of the items in my orders arriving dead. I used a credit for the second late order, only for it to arrive 2 days late with everything but 5 snails dead. I have continued to try and communicate with you to get at a minimum the coral replaced that died due to being 2 days late and have gotten no response. I just want what I paid for.

I got a message saying that the angelfish I ordered could not be shipped because it did not clear the requirements to be shipped. My whole order was around $135 so they said I could replace the fish with a different one. I was being generous and picked out a fish that was 3 times the price of the $60 angelfish. They had a promotion saying if you spend a certain amount of money you get a free fish. They would not allow me to get my second free fish after I spent $300 and they canceled my order after I told them it was ok to ship it after I waited 4 days to receive my fish. I called the next morning and they told me I had to pay an extra $15 to get it shipped to my house after they messed up.

My Experience with Saltwaterfish.com Was NOT a good One. I order a Mappa Pufferish from them for $200+ and what i received was a stars and stripe puffer which i could of bought at my local fish store for $30. As I spoke to Mary she told me there was nothing she could do.. Terrible Customer Service I will, never use again, Buyer Beware!!!!!

Packaging was great but the so called Flower Leather that they sent was a piece of crap!!! They show you a photo on their site of a beautiful flouresent Green leather. They charge you $64:99 for it, then they send you a VERY ugly flat dull brown piece of crap that you don't want in your tank because its so VERY ugly!! The so called goby they show on their site is Black and white stripped with a yellow high light on it's head . The one they sent is crappy light redish brown with white strip and NO yellow high light. Talk about taking your money and run... Won't ever buy from them again. Byer beware of this site!!!!!!!!!!

I have used saltwaterfish.com exclusively and my last order introduced a disease that killed most of my fish.They wouldn't offer a credit because i didn't take pictures of the dead fish. I couldn't take pictures because they were all eaten before I realized they were dead. Basically, they killed my fish and refused to provide credit due to a technicality. I spent (wasted) hundreds of dollars on their fish and they just didn't care.

I made a purchase for salt water fish. A range of the size of the from one inch to two in the half. All the fish that I ordered were barely one inch. I felt sum kinda way because all the fish on the smaller size. I did call to ask is there any way I can return the fish, and be credited for the return. Then purchase the larger size. I was told if they were dead I can get the credit. I was not going to lie for my issue with the small size. I just decided that I will not make in purchases no more. The prices are good, I just want to make sure I get what I paid for. So I do local pet stores. 1990 Desert Storm Gulf War Vet

I have had nothing but a bad experience since I started purchasing fish and coral from saltwaterfish.com. everything you have sent me has died. And you are ripping me off by not giving me my money back. You send me something that dies after the first 5 hours. Then when I use the credits you give me to replace the sick fish, and you send me a shipment that is not packed properly with heat packs and everything dies because it freezes you dont issue me a refund. So if you guys keep sending sick or dead fish, we will lose our money. And on top of that you have to either spend more money to cover the shipping or spend another 40.00 just to use the credits you issued. I think I'll give my local fish store the business going forward.
