Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

I've purchased fish a few times from saltwaterfish.com and I like the selection, feel the prices are fair and enjoy the results. THIS week I ordered several new fish and they all arrived dead. SWF had replacements shipped out ASAP and they're swimming happily in my quarantine tank right now. I will continue to patronize this fine store.

Great experience with online and customer service. Product arrived healthy and doing well. Definitely ordering here on a regular basis.

Mary, Crisy and the whole customer service team always do a great job

We are very happy with this company, we ordered 3 Coral frags, a mini maxi which I made a special color request (in the additional packaging request box provided on the website), and a sea slug all arrived very healthy and well packaged they did so well that all these environment sensitive organisms made it completely across the country without getting sickly. They sent the color I requested! I received a 2 headed polyp which was a very nice surprise as it was a deal for 1 head. All of the items I ordered were on sale and every they sent is great quality. I would have spent 2-3 times as much for this quality from local retailers.

Excellent service helpful and polite staff Why shop anywhere else.

everything showed up alive and well. I wish the assorted hermit crabs are a little more assorted. The snails came well and assorted. Their acclamation video and the website said to use the Styrofoam that they were shipped in. Unfortunately that Styrofoam mix I would not recommend using that container . All in all very satisfied .

Very pleased with Saltwaterfish.com with the quality of livestock, the speed of service, and customer support. Thank you!

I always have a good experience with this company. The very rare DOA’s have always been credited promptly.
