All livestock are shipped promptly and I have never had any doa’s (dead on arrivals). One of my freebies died a couple of weeks after arriving seemingly healthy. I wonder if it was sick all along even though it appeared to be healthy. No compensation for deceased freebies. I don’t like the fact that the hermit crab (part of the clean up crew) ate my starfish, ruby red (another freebie) and my carpet and bubble anemones, even though I had put shrimp in there for him to eat, which he ate plus all the others. Please don’t include hermits in clean up crew, especially for newbies to the hobby like me.

Fish were packed well and heater pack was still warm. Blue Tang was alert and swimming, purple lobster wasn’t doing so well and looked dead but was alive. Got both into tank and lobster did perk up a little, was able to target feed although he never really moved around. Two days later the only part left of the lobster was an arm. He had died through the night and was eaten By his tank mates. I probably should have never taken him out of the bag in the condition he was in but I wanted to give him a chance.

Had a little issue with the web page and entering my password but once that was established the rest went great
