I had a very large order (about $700). Unfortunately there was a mechanical problem with one of the fedex planes and unusually cold weather where I live. My entire order perished. The guarentee request tab on the website was very easy to use. I uploaded the pictures, made my request and within a week I received my replacement shipment.
