1st time buyer. site has easy navigation with more purchase options. Reasonable price and fast delivery. Got credit after a fish died within 3 days after delivery. Rest is all ok.

I've only ordered a few times, there products are as described, I've had good success with invertebrate(hermits and snails),other then that it's hit or miss!

i have bought a lot of fish from you guys and only had one die during shipping. They gave me a credit. and I used to get some new fish.

Everything arrived safely. Only a few problems that have lead to a 4 star review. The biggest problem was the customer service. I tried and tried and tried calling and leaving a voicemail after I was sent a message saying that some of my fish did not pass inspection for shipment. I wanted to get ahold of them so I could review my order and replace my fish. Finally after 2 hours of trying by phone, I got online and used their live chat. There, I was given great customer service! The woman on the live chat helped me tremendously and got everything I needed replaced for me! No questions asked! The next problem I had was that when my shipment arrived at the FedEx post, I immediately opened them upon my arrival 2 hours later. Every fish was fine except my lemon peel angelfish. She is currently in her own separate QT tank being monitored. The last problem I had was that I ordered a pack of cleaner snails and instead I received a pack of hermits. Now I’m not exactly complaining because it’s an honest mistake, but I again tried to call their customer service and again, no luck. So I went ahead and just went to the online chat again. Here, I was again greeted by the same woman who helped the previous day and she made it right! She told me that she would ship them out as soon as possible! Moral of the story, great fish, but sometimes the fish themselves can be finicky. DO NOT TRY TO CALL THE COMPANY! Instead, simply go online to the live chat. There you will be greeted by wonderful people almost immediately who will do the exact same thing as you would get over a phone call.

Initial order was horrible received 45 snails very small! 30 empty shells 15 alive crabs and 10 dead crabs! They resent the order and made it right! Thanks!!!
