Shipping time is not what I thought it would be. Was expecting same day or next day shipping but 4 pm central day 2 no information. Other than that everything seemed fine.

I've ordered from saltwaterfish multiple times, on my last two orders I've had a dead fish on arrival or die during acclimation after not looking good, I had a different coral than the one I ordered and also lost fish on my first purchase from saltwaterfish.com I've never taken pictures of my fish that or doa like my One today I always just flush them and move on with life but I have had 4 fish show up dead now and an incorrect coral off the wysiwyg page. It's hard to pass up their cheap prices but it's starting to get old having something dead or incorrect with every order, it's a pain in the butt to take a pic of a dead fish in a bag and I always try to bring them back to life before I consider it a total loss and then email them type a discription yada yada so I've never been credited for anything at this point I'm kinda upset that I haven't been taking pics because by now I'd have almost a free $200 order.

This was my first order. The site was easy to navigate, however, there was an issue with the order as I ordered a striped crab under ID 18425 Purple Condylactis Anemone - I got a purple Anemone that was tagged with15818 Condylactis Anemone: Purple - Atlantic, so I ended up with two purple Anemone. The 4 wheel Goby arrived DEAD, I have submitted a credit request and the 16123 Royal Gramma died shortly after release in the tank. In addition an additional fish was withheld from the order as it did not meet their requirements which is understandable and not an issue. However, the mix up in inventory items on the order is an issue.picture did not match the label. I still do not know if I have received the credit. Customer service is very active and communications to the customer were plentiful. I cannot give it a higher overall rating than a three, but communications pre order and order a five; I still do not know how to rate the post order

my problem was that within one week lost all the fish I ordered in an established tank. The only thing still living is the Lawnmower blenny. They were beautiful fish when I got them, but very disappointed and heartbroke on losing the beautiful additions.

Great products but very disappointed in delivery. Was paid for overnight due to livestock bit was sent 2 day. Reason was fedex problem. That may or may not be true but it does not help the stress in the livestock. The "free" flame angel did not make it.

Not bad.But some of the stuff I ordered was a little crappy.Not all of it was that way some of it was just as I would expect.So over all Ok.If the order was good all the way I would have gave it more stars.

Ordered three chromis and one goby. All three chromis came in one bag and one was dead. Ordered previously from here and this is the first time one arrived dead. Shipped fast in 2 days.

I have mixed reviews. I ordered shark eggs. I had to switch the date of arrival and they were amazing in helping to move the date to which they arrived exactly as promised. My problem is one of the eggs is empty and now going through the process to return and obtain another one. I am hoping they will make this happen at no cost. My wish was that they checked the eggs first to ensure their were baby embryo inside. My other wish was that they provided more information on the stage of the egg and their hatching.
