First order was 5 fish, 1 invert, and the freebie which costed almost $185.00, I spent more so I can get free shipping and the freebie. The invert was DOA, 4 fish (including freebie) died within 2 days. 1 fish in quarantine for ich ( which I found early enough so my tank wasn't infected). They gave me credit for the invert and 1 fish, the freebie isn't included in the 14 day guarentee. So I got credit for about $85.00. I ordered again to give the company another chance. With the $85,00 I ordered 3 fish and 1 invert which came out to $48.00 for shipping and handling. When I received the order I only got 3 fish and no invert so now I still have a $15 credit because they left the invert out. 2 of the 3 fish died within 12 hours the other fish I doing really well. With these fish being bought with store credit they're not under the 14 day guarentee. I spent a total of $235 have 2 fish to show for it. My tank is about 2 years established with fish so I'm not new, just wanted to see how online ordering was. I will never order from saltwaterfish.com and they could keep.my credit. I believe the invert they didn't send me was just to keep an open account because when I didn't receive it, its still in stock.

I placed a order and was trying to use my 73.98 on the purchase and get 1 of the free packages I couldn't so removed the free package and in turn the site removed my 73.98 credit I had and charged me full price for my order of 195.+.

First fish from shipment died. Replacement Fish dead on arrival. Then some died after a day. Took pictures immediately and opened a case. Asked for replacement. Instead I was refunded the price of the fish but not shipping which was actually more than the fish. I've bought from other online vendors who will send out replacement.

Recently ordered some invertebrates from them. Some of the items failed inspection for shipping. They told me to choose another item to replace it. I selected another item and that also failed inspection. They do not split shipment like normal companies so either you wait 2 or more weeks for a new item to arrive to them and then maybe pass inspection or pick a new item or get a refund. I chose refund as I will not be buying from them again especially if 2 out of the 5 items did not pass inspection. They should be inspecting their organisms everyday to ensure proper sales or at the very least take the items off the website that do not pass. Worst online experience ever, even worse than some ebay sellers.

TWO shipments in a row containing dead mandarin fish and another that died in under 24 hours. DO NOT support this operation if you care about animals!!!!!!!! I had many years of top quality service from this supplier but those days are clearly over.

Very disappointed at the size of the reef crew I just got in today. Snails were all extremely small and the sexy shrimp was so microscopic my Pygmy Angel can easily swallow it whole. It barely larger than the mysis I feed them with and undoubtedly I will never see it again. It’s probably already dead. Extremely disappointing 😖

Extremely bad service had one order due and credit was issued then used the credit to reorder half of order dead on arrival and the wound only credit one dollar. Would not replace absolutely will never order again
