So far I have been very happy with my purchases from here. The fish have beautiful colors. Very happy to buy more.

Most stores only give an arrival guarantee. My Yellow Tang died after 5 days and I was given a store credit for the cost of the fish. That is what will make customers come back.

Good customer service. Fish are high quality. They stand behind their guarantee.

Just what I was looking for and great deals

Great Service. Chat line is GREAT

I recieved dead livestock upon arrival. The staff was great and promptly replaced my order. I understand that this can happen when shipping, I was happy with the customer service and will shop here again.

You folks are great!! On my last order I lost two items, but it was the aquarists fault and not yours. I was more than pleased with the quality of the livestock and picking up my box was really convenient. My only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that people keep getting the fish and other critters before me! 😡 I hate being on the waiting list!!! I have this issue with patience probably. I look forward to getting my next order and with dealing with your company in the future. okay five stars I forgot how nice the young lady was that I talked to last time.

Lovely fish and great services!
