Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

This place used to be good, but now it is horrible!!! I haves made two purchased recently and the livestock were very bad. Anemones with different color that what you buy and sizes are so small that you will not believe it. I will not recommend this place.

I have ordered from you a few times and EVERY time the delivery is delayed resulting in many deaths. never a refund or re-shipment of DOA but a store credit which just keep the cycle going.

Paid extra for 10:30 delivery and its now 1:15 and still no fish?? this is a live animal and should have priority delivery not to mention money they cost

Don’t waste your money

3 out of 5 fish died they resent them after trying to recharge me a shipping fee and all 3 of them died one doa one within an hour one the next day and my parameters are fine

When my fish order arrived the bags were not big enough for the size of fish that I received and the bags were leaking and had very little water in them, two of the three fish were belly up when I opened the package, I’m waiting to hear back on what they are going to do about it, I Was chatting with them for an hour and the girl said she was making notes in my account then on my claim for the dead fish they said they needed more information, WTH, what more could they possible need!! I would recommend looking elsewhere for your aquarium needs!

Bad customer service. I will never buy from them again

Fish arrived DEAD and no refund of the ridiculous 30.00 shipping?? Really? The water also smelled like a sewer.
