Great shipping options
Selectable delivery date is very helpful when ordering live animals. Heat packs since we are in Ohio in the winter was nice.

Very pleased, always have been scared to order fish on line, the fish we received look healthier and have done better than any we have ever bought in the store and they have a guarantee! That’s awesome

Excellent Service
I am sort of blown away by this company. Never have ordered and had live stock shipped before. Fish arrived and were beautiful and in great shape. The resources they have for how to successfully introduce new fish, acclimate, etc. are incredible. Unfortunately we did have a fish pass. I submitted a claim and within 2 hours my credit was available! This business has a very loyal customer now because of the outstanding customer service. Thank you
