I had a fish that died after Fed X delivered it one day late. I spoke with your customer service about the problem. She gave me a store credit for the fish and said the manager would have to refund the rest of the transaction. I am happy with service and will continue to shop more.

I love Saltwaterfish.com livestock, but have not used it often for supplies. I would like if they sent notifications of items in the supplies that are on sale or clearance. Some products lacked product descriptions. Prices seem very competitive.

Lots of choices.. except about 98 % of everything is “ waiting list”. . 😐 Even the live food. I was able to get a reef snail and crab package, which I needed! But many things were out.. Of will continue to shop here though in the future if I need anything... 😊 Thank you!
