spent almost 200.00 dollars and 1 fish arrived dead gor credit for that but spent 63 for 3 cleaner shrimp which were al dead with in 4 days and only received 15 credit toward next purchase and did another order and were out of cleaner shrimp and when i deleted they said my whole 15 credit was not counted in the total for fre shipping not a good experience at all

I Purchase a Solar Wrasse, died shortly after acclimation and received store credit. This is fine but, but the problem is I don't want to buy multiple items again just to get free shipping again. Makes no sense, and forces you to buy multiple items just to get free shipping. You should offer at least free packaging or something.

Fish arrived late to begin with, also cold! No idea if they will survive with adequate acclimation, let you know!

The water quality that the fish came in was pooooor amonia in that water was over the chart that one fish that looked dead is still alive dont know how much longer . Ok i got the fishnem i satisfied no

Received an email for a specific item on sale, immediately went online to order the item, and the item wasn't on sale. This could be a mistake, but seemed more likely a bait and switch. Chatted online they absolutely would not honor the email, even offered to send her a copy of the email I received. Purchased many times in the past, never again!!!

Placed an order, and was told item didn't pass their inspection. Fine, understandable, happy they did that, and willing to wait for an additional item, but then, that didn't pass inspection. Customer service is good depending on whom you speak with. One, after I said thank you said at different times replied"No problem". You're welcome would have been a more appopriate response. Cancelled my order, then was called later that afternoon wanting to know when I wanted my order shipped. Hesitant to do business with them if so many things fail their inspection. Shame. Was looking forward to doing business with them.
