Lousy service.always take your money no fish.

The store has a poor shopping cart system and poor customer service. They will sell items you have in your cart as you are paying and as soon as your done paying it tells you it can’t finish because items are gone.

They post items for sale, and when you buy. They cancel on you saying "item was a mistake listing." I thought I would give them a second chance. 3rd times a charm? I won't even try. I will not be shopping here again. At all. They can keep my store credit. They lost a costumer.

I used to love to buy from this site but I will not be buying from them anymore. I bought fish and they died so they issued store credit. I bought new fish with cash and store credit and I had some fish die again. All I wanted was replacement fish for the ones that died but instead I was only given credit for the cash I paid. The store credit was not returned that I used. I know they have this in there policy but I don’t agree with it you pay money for fish and they guarantee them and give you store credit but then you use the store credit and if the fish die you have no guarantee pretty much except if you paid cash for them. Never again not worth it and ive spent a lot of money here. I also used to give good reviews. Former loyal customer

Fish arrived extremely small so small that they went right threw an tank acclimation Box..... very disappointed by how much money I spent for what I received.

Sent order late, customer service was terrible, tested the water in the bag and was shocked. Go somewhere that cares for animals instead of money.

I ordered a filter. Saltwaterfish.com charged my credit card, but did not send me a receipt for the order and still had not shipped it four days later.
