Always was happy before but I guess with Covid it’s been a little less smooth. Customer service is down and quality of animals are down but I think the industry is suffering as a whole.

First time ordering online my clown trigger didn't make the trip. A few days later I had another one on the way and he is very healthy and I enjoy him in my tank. (He is a little pig) Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is if I wouldn't have checked my e-mail I wouldn't have known he was on the way.

All the fish arrived healthy and started eating within the first day of being offered food.

Purchased 2 fish 1 shrimp and 3 crabs, the shrimp and 2 fish where DOA. I called them as soon as we got the fish and left a message, to which no one ever called me back. Luckily I read there guarentee policy. Please be aware of this policy before ordering anything from them. U only have 5 hrs to take pictures and file a claim. Which I luckily did. It took them a few days and they resent the fish. Got them today so far so goob.

I have always had great service and support from SWF.com. Never mind the fact that they deliver quality life as well. I would give five stars, but they changed the website and took away my ability to choose my delivery day - it only gave me the next day as an option. It was different before - I could select a day. I had to then call, email and chat to get it changed. Great service and support on the order and even the date change, they just need to add the flexibility back to the website to get 5 stars from me.

Selection is great. Prices are O.K. But extra shipping and boxing fees a bit much. Freeshipping should be free. All in all a good web site

Selections are usually very good. Customer service always excellent! Delivery on time, and easy to work with if something dioes arrive dead.
