First time ordering through Saltwaterfish.com and it was not a good experience. Late delivery, replacement fish was not able to ship, they wouldn't make an exception to ship the other 2 items without shipping charges. I'll continue to order elsewhere.

The order took forever to be processed. Then after it was processed, I had to call them because they didn't ship the order on the day they said they will. I had to wait for two more days to receive the order.

My supplies order was very slow getting. My live rock returned to seller and customer service do not answer phone call. No compensation offered for mistake. Would not do business again.

Live stock arrived in poor condition and health. Lost half of the total ordered. Received credit for what I could take pictures of, and a $15 flat credit for the sum of what I could not. Credit can not be used in conjunction with the free shipping program. Cost me another $50 just to use a $69 credit. Will be sticking to local shops from now on.

Understand the Holiday, but you should have indicated that it would be 5 days before I get my order. In normal circumstances have received it in 2 days.
