Definitely not happy with this place anymore. Their website is disorganized. The search feature doesn't work worth a crap, you have to type in exact keywords. Their policy on guarantees is ridiculous. Why does It matter if I use a credit or cash, especially if it's a different fish at a different time months down the road. If the fish does not live then I should get the credit back. But instead they keep it. Thats not a guarantee.

Website is horrible if you are trying to get a gift. No gift card only a certificate sent by email, not to a real home address. So if you are shopping for the holidays it doesn't work very well.

Horrible customer service. They dropped the price by over $15 a fish within a day of my order and refused to refund the difference in price saying that wasn’t their policy. Other vendors honor significant price changes within a week of purchase. Bad policy; do not recommend!
