Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

The fish I bought were great - and no issues with service - but the fish looked banged up in the box. The packaging says live fish (in small lettering), but there must be a way to provide better protection during handling and delivery.

Nobody is perfect

Some livestock has arrived DOA, but customer service reimbursement/replacement has always been on point.

good prices and fish are delivered quickly and in good shape all still living .

there was a coupon it said spend like $175 or somthing like that and get free shipping and free gift then i went to look at gifts and there was a a few fish one was a clown one coupon was freerubyred and one was a grouper anyway i went to use and i picked a fish and it would not let me use.... very dissapointed

Best guarantee for saltwater fish/inverts that I have seen. The shipping is fast and ends up at your doorstep the next day and all my orders have had no DOAs. The fish are usually out and about eating in no time. However, customer service on phone is non-existent. A few times that I had to call to clarify a few things, I never got anyone other than a machine. The prices are bit steep too. I would also suggest compatibility suggestions and warnings on orders, e.g. warnings to not include incompatible fish and corals in the same order or based on recent order history.

Happy to be able to get the items I need. Not really happy that I could not check out as a guest.

I had a store credit so I used it. It, however, cost me because in using it, it put me below the free shipping criteria.
