After the delay with my order, the constant phone calls for which either no one available to take my call and speaking with 2 different representatives a total of 5 times I am not happy. Because of all the issues I asked for a refund but you are sending another fish. My last call was with Crissy who was going to talk with her manager about my refund and call me back. Well, the call back never happened and I get an email stating another fish is coming. I will post a review on Facebook so my 2,000 friends can read this and share this terrible experience u less my credit card is credited today!

Horrible customer service. shipment arrived DOA. all of it, what a waste of marinelife. arrived 24 hours late, they shipped to Maine, in 12 degree weather with ONE 4" x 4" heatpack. Needless to say the heatpack, and all fish were cold and dead when I opened the package. I spent $128, they refunded me $22. What the heck ! I filed a paypal dispute, SWF response was: dummy customer response. Will never purchase from saltwaterfish again.

WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE A 1 STAR! Horrible horrible people! They shipped horribly with one heat pack. Everything arrived dead due to being cold. Contacted costumer service where they called ME a dummy and refused to refund! NEVER again. Don't waste your money to this poorly run and rude staff!

Delayed shipment all fish died

Fish died in transit can’t seem to get help other than them sending there policy to me, I ordered 200$ in fish to get my free shipping and a free tang fish died and they said next time I order fish they will send another why would I pay to have my fish reshiped pay shipping again for fish that I should already own I was supposed to be contacted by the management and know one cares or responds thanks for wasting my time and money

I didn’t get what I ordered they did not give the crabs .... Everything was tiny and Pathetic..... The trigger was almost dead and it was bigger then what I ordered and it disappeared in the tank .... never comes out .... I think the face was traumatized by the shipping

Placed an order for a mandarin goby that didn’t make it in shipping, rather than replacing they give me store credit. That’s great and all but now I gotta pay 30 dollars in shipping and tax on a fish that isn’t even 30 dollars!! I just wish they would replace fish if they don’t make it n shipping. I tried to give them a second chance and they had a special going on for free naso tang and free shipping if you spend 179. Cool right! Well I just got my package and instead of a naso tang I got a 11 dollar pj cardinal!! What the hell!

This is the worst possible company I dealt with thus far in the hobby. One star is too much for them. I first ordered a blue throat trigger that came in in distress and soon after died. They issued a store credit so I gave them another shot. I then ordered corals from them and received a text message stating one of the corals I was most excited for didn't pass inspection... that coral also got me through the threshold for free shipping! they ended up shipping only what passed their inspection and added back the shipping fees without my consent. Long story short, we are now 2 days later and I am still waiting on my corals that supposedly got lost up North... NEVER AGAIN! and I will make sure my local fellow reefers hear my story. You can rest assured that when my local store doesn't have what I m looking for, I go straight to another retailer!
