Was going to buy a 6.99 item and found out that shipping was 11.99. Freaked out. Should have canceled the order but went ahead and ordered something else. If you don't mind getting overcharged for shipping, it's an okay company.

I had a pretty good experience with them and had two issues while ordering. One was an urchin coming to my house dead, and the other is a tang getting ich and dying a day after being in the tank. Overall, Their selection is excellent and can get almost anything you can think of from corals to fish.

Saltwaterfish is awesome! I am only giving 4 stars because I have had some guarantee issues with items I've ordered. But they have been quite accommodating as far as processing refunds promptly, and I appreciate that very much.

Called with time, left several Voice Messages and Emails to support line after making a order SWF-429870 SEPT 9 about 12:04am about 1:33am just 1.5 hour later I stated specify, please respond if you got this email on their support line or call me before you start shipping. The following day I got a call about 3pm that they had already shipped my live stock items an hour ago, the reply was "if I had called earlier they could have honored my request. There was a mix up on my order but Chrissy was very helpful in getting it straightened out and getting the correct item shipped to me. Another problem I had was the ten Turbo snails I ordered all arrived dead. According to company policy they won't simply send ten more but will only give a store credit and that's only if I send them a picture and make a request and wait for them to approve it. Then I would have to re-purchase the snails and pay $30.00 (again) for shipping and handling for a an $18.00 item. That's rediculous and it's not going to happen!

Both fish arrived on time and packed well. One died within an hour of arrival but I got ahold of them and they quickly offered a credit for the dead one. I have already placed my second order. I was overall pleased
