I bought 2 fish and an assortment of inverts as a clean up crew. Sadly one of the fish was DOA and the 2nd one passed shortly after, during acclimation. The inverts however, all seemed to be very lively and acclimated quite well. I placed a guarantee claim immediately with Salwaterfish.com and they were very prompt to issue a full refund for the 2 fish. I will most definitely do business with them again.

Paid for next day air and package didn’t come until 3 days later. Anemone and coral died. Company reached out and spoke with Sheila. She was very helpful and service would have been 5-stars however package never arrived (not their fault) Thank you Sheila for reaching out! Will do business again but just not during the holidays

Fish shipped quickly and were well packaged. Several arrived doa but getting a refund was an easy process on the web site. The only other issue was not being able to find the acclimation details on the product pages as described on the acclimation page.

Fish and cleaner shrimp arrived alive and in good condition. Temp. In Minnesota at delivery was 21 degrees. I met the fed ex delivery guy outside. To eliminate exposure to the cold. packaged with one heat pack. I feel the box sitting outside for any length of time would cause the fish to die do to the water temp. Notable: The coral beauty that I recieved was the most beautiful coral beauty I have ever seen, Wow, and I have seen many in local fish stores.

My burgess butterfly was delayed one day and was on a FedEx truck for seven hours. He arrived almost dead. He was laying flat and barely breathing. The bag had leaked and the water was freezing cold. This was no fault of Saltwaterfish.com,besides the leaking bag, or would have given them a five star. The burgess is eating and doing well now.

I recently received ×3 kupang damsels, x2 snowflake clowns, powder blue tang and a six line wrasse. I called and asked for earlier shipping date as I was going to be traveling for auto scheduled deliever. Customer service was fantastic as they moved it sooner. I would give 5 star but the damsels and clowns fins were in quite bad shape. Hopefully they heal as I treated them in bath before I added them with melafix pimafix.🤞🤞 Shout out to Saltwaterfish.com staff👊👊
