Ive had problems where they said they would call me and never received a phone as well as leaving many messages about two fish that i had received dead and never given full credit for. Just recent had tried to get in touch with the operator about a problem on the site and was given bad info and when told they would call me, two days now and still waiting for a call. I cashed un my credit and done with them

First time ordering Customer’s service are great but sadly shipping next day doesn’t work. I supposed to get my marine live today at 10:30, is 1:00 pm and I still waiting. Next time I will order regular shipping and hold it in a fedex location, no extra pay for next day air.

Shipment delayed 1 day due to fed ex. 1 diamond goby was weak. After acclimation seemed fine. 24 hours later DOA Hermit crabs devoured it. DOA policy says out of water picture needed for store credit obviously a 15 day guarantee when in a reef tank finding remains is next to impossible I don’t gel the 15 day warranty is worth the paper it is written on with that restriction Probably will not order again Seller was aware of the shipping delay and said they felt 3 day survival would happen. Packaging was excellent the heat pack wasn’t sufficient for 3 days

My shipment was delivered to my door on time, but when I opened the shipping container I immediately noticed that the contents were very cold, and the two fish I ordered were dead. I took a photo on my phone, but I had quite a bit of difficulty transmitting the photo to you to reclaim my purchase price. I had to talk to two support staff to resolve this, but the second staff person did correct the problem, and the refund was credited to my account. The main problem was the cold temp in the shipping container, which I suppose was caused by inadequate packing techniques.

I have had great customer service. The livestock arrives quickly. I have had many fish arrive DOA and many succumb to marine velvet or other marine parasites in the following weeks after purchase. As many as 75% of the fish purchased. I quarantine my fish for 4 weeks and have a Vectron UV sterilizer soooooo I do not believe the issue is on my end. However, This company stands by their GUARANTEE and has ALWAYS replaced or refunded dead or diseased fish. The fish that have survived are some of my favorites!

Make your customers work way too hard to return fish that don't make it within the first three days of receiving shipment. Also, ytakes way too long for the credit to get issued and are forced to wait to get a reorder. Not happy with that.

Prior orders have been good, this last one was not. The tang I recently rec'd was emaciated and died quickly, should never have been shipped IMHO.
