The Website was well done, easy to use and the pictures were great! The tea set was packed well and arrived intact. The workmanship is beautiful! I liked the history you included, of porcelain work from the area we purchased this item. Thank you!

Item received was exactly what it said it was. Well packaged and in perfect condition. I did go online to learn about how to properly condition the pot before first use as the instruction pamphlet is in (I think!) Japanese. Although they gave a two week delivery estimate, it arrived well before that. Thank you!

I tried three times to order different sets and always come back with a refund because they have nothing available. I would recommend having a more up-to-date and accurate online. Presents to say what’s out of stock and what’s not.
